Good Points: Very elegant, excellent staff service, wonderful food. An outstanding experience. General Review: Our overall experience was excellent. We have seldom stayed at a more elegant location. The dinner service was outstanding, and all the staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the room upgrade!I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who was visiting the area!

“Unashamedly this has to be one of my preferred hotels in Scotland, as well as having an appreciation for continental Europe, as it captures so many things that are quintessentially Scottish without being stuffy. It is, as we say, utterly charming and great for the soul. Peter Ferguson and his staff run a good show here and express a clear enthusiasm for their hotel, which is lovely to see. And there is so much to do within what must be one of Scotland’s prettiest parts. Great deals are to be had during the week, and some of the business fraternity in the know have cottoned onto this by side stepping Aberdeen! A Royal Deeside gem. courtesy of Hotel Review Scotland /www.hotelreviewscotland.com
