Art's Kool is a brand new festival for children and young adults in West Oxfordshire. The festival is a great opportunity to take part in art competitions and win great prizes. There are also five workshops with well-known local artists. The age group for competitions and workshops is 8-18. The Nancy McCulloch Memorial Trophy which will be awarded to the person who is judged to have produced the festivalís finest piece of work plus £150 in cash.
