Daughter of Bruce and Rosalind Shand. Grew up in rural Sussex, educated at the Queens Gate School, South Kensington. First met Charles at a Windsor polo match in 1970. Camilla and Charles remained close friends throughout their marriages. Camilla and Andrew Parker Bowles divorced in 1995. She slowly emerged as Prince Charles' companion. The couple married 2005.
