Born 1952 - Jockey, television commentator and author.
Champion jockey seven times. Had National Hunt record of 1,138 wins, achieving 131 wins in the 1983-84 season. Retired in 1985 becoming a trainer, a commentator and a writer. Autobiography, Born Lucky, was published in 1985.
