An ideal informal base for outdoor and watersports enthusiasts wishing to spend a weekend or holiday on the water. At the adjacent watersports centre you can take part in windsurfing, sailing, rowing and kayaking, launch your own craft or hire. If you prefer to stay on land, there are lakeside walks and a cycle trail as well as the ‘Pirate Boat’ children’s play area. Anglers are well catered for with boat and bank fishing facilities at this stocked rainbow trout location. Stithians Lake can be found by following brown signs from the B3297 between Redruth and Helston or following the signs from the A394 between Falmouth and Helston. Facilities: 24 standard pitches, modern showers, wash up, disposal and recycling facilities, Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead
