The Hotel Marina offers excellent ensuite accommodation in a great central location in Eastbourne, close to all locations. Public transport is easily accessible enabling trips to Lewes, Brighton, Hastings and other examples of Sussex's charming villages and towns. The mainline train station is approximately a mile away, while buses run west to Brighton from the Pier and east to Hastings right outside the hotel! Plus, from Easter to October, the Dotto train runs from Sovereign Harbour to Holywell and there's a stop virtually opposite the Hotel Marina! We are close to Prince's Park, the Carpet Gardens along the seafront and a longer walk away from Helen Gardens. Visit Beachy Head Britains highest chalk cliff and see its lighthouse. The South Downs Way National Trail starts (or ends!) in Eastbourne, taking in picturesque villages and offering luscious landscapes! The Hotel Marina is opposite Treasure Island and close to Fort Fun. The Sovereign Centre is also found in Royal Parade with fun swimming and diving pools. The historic Redoubt Fortress is only a short walk away. The Victorian Pier is within walking distance, as are the many and varied shops! The Arndale Centre is a covered shopping area. Drusillas Park is a small zoo in Alfriston, 10 miles from Eastbourne. The Congress Theatre is Eastbourne's modern, largest performance venue. The Devonshire Park Theatre is a Victorian Grade II listed building, as is the Winter Garden. The Royal Hippodrome is a former home of Music Hall in Eastbourne and is situated very close to us in seaside Road which is parallel to Royal Parade. The Under Ground Theatre beneath the Central Library in town is home to the Eastbourne Arts Centre.
