Allocated private parking is provided. The apartment is very well equipped with good quality furnishings and offers a high standard of comfort and cleanliness. Consisting of the following rooms: Hallway, Large tastefully decorated true Lounge/Diner incorporating comfortable seating for four people, dining table and four chairs, Panasonic Viera TV/DVD and CD player, large patio doors leading out on to the Balcony where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine with a sunny aspect and views of Kendal Castle and beyond. There is a separate high spec kitchen fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The good sized bathroom has a bath with overhead power shower and a large storage cupboard. There are 2 Bedrooms, Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and Bedroom 2 has1 double bed.
