French Head Chef, Vincent Hiss, brings his own masterful flare based on classic French cooking to the restuarant's menus. Vincent was head chef of the Babylon at the Roof Gardens in Kensington for 8 years prior to coming to Chalk Lane. He masterfully blends the flavours of the season into a tempting array of dishes using as a base nothing but the freshest fish delivered daily from Brixham harbour, meat from the highlands of Scotland and fresh vegetables and fruit delivered from Covent Garden.
Using either the Woodcote, Chessington or Epsom rooms the hotel can also cater for private parties and weddings ranging from 10 to 100 people.
