Jacob Court is situated just off Old Market Street and is in a regenerating area and is just 2 minutes walk to the newly expanded Bristol City Centre/ Cabot Circus, Malborough bus station and all its amenities such as Museums, Bars, Clubs, Resturants, Bristol University, BRI Hospital. It is also just 10 minutes walk to Bristol Templemeads Train Station. This 2 bedroom contemporary apartment is fully furnished bright and spacious, it has been developed to a very high specification. Apartment comprises an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor with one of the bedroom on the first floor, also the bathroom is on the first floor. The second large double bedroom is on a mezzanine floor access via spiral stairs. Other facilities: Broadband, equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge/freezer, TV with freeview or digital channels, bed linen change and cleaning once per week. Apartment is accessible by going up a few steps. Therefore not suitable for wheelchair access. No Children under 17 years old, secure coded gate with allocated parking for 1 car or a van .
