A small family run guest house,the rooms are newly painted in egyptian cotton some have ensuite bathroom all with central heating.and views over the Devon rolling hills.Beds are orthopedic and high from the ground.Tea & coffee available at all times as well as cookies.There is no noise at this location so you can be assured of a good nights sleep.Ideally situated on the edge of Paignton with easy travel to Totnes,Torquay,Brixham and Dartmouth.All food is fresh being sourced from local farm shops and suppliers.nothing from the freezer fresh every day.50% reduction on green fees for golfers staying here.Guided fishing fly & sea when required.Collection from railway station & bus station when required.
