Enjoying a spectacular, secluded and sunny position with panoramic views over magical Rudyard Lake, this exceptional and very spacious property sits within private landscaped grounds stretching to the lake shore where visitors can fish or moor a boat. A superb base for exploring Derbyshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire, its excellent furnishings offer a high degree of comfort and a pool table and playstation provide entertainment. A local hotel/ bar restaurant and a visitor centre (for rowing boat hire) are ˝ mile and the lake boasts a miniature railway. Leek (3 miles) offers interesting shops, a swimming pool and two golf courses whilst Waterworld, indoor skiing, bowling and a cinema complex are found in Festival Park, Hanley (15 miles). Stoke's pottery museums, bargain china shops, Gladstone museum, Trentham Gardens with great entertainment in the Monkey Forest and High Treeline Walkways are all under 15 miles. Biddulph Grange and Little Moreton Hall (both N.T.), Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach.
