Classes in Walthamstow
Monday Evening at 7pm. There are also Pilates classes on Tuesday eve at 8pm and Sunday afternoon. As Club Member you are able to take all these classes at no extra charge.
Pilates (Pi-la-tiz) work muscles from the inside out, creating a stronger flatter mid sections.Pilates is an exercise method that teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine improved posture, muscle balance realignment of the spine and improving both the function and appearance of the body.
