We welcome you to our home in Northumberland; the most tranquil county in England. Belford is in the north of the county where you are a short distance from the coastline; designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Here you will find Bamburgh Castle; voted one of Britain’s best views; as well as Dunstanburgh Castle; Warkworth Castle and the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. Off shore are the Farne Islands; home to the largest grey seal colony in Britain and to over 20 species of breeding sea birds. 15 miles south is the market town of Alnwick; famous for its Castle and Garden. 15 miles north is Berwick upon Tweed; the only town in Europe with complete Elizabethan Walls and Ramparts. Also on our doorstep we have the Cheviot Hills; the Northumberland National Park; Cragside House and Gardens - to mention just a few of the fantastic places to visit. Our guest house has three en-suite bedrooms; one twin and two double rooms; one of which is located on the ground floor. The spacious rooms are well furnished with comfortable seating; TV / DVD; radio alarm; hairdryer and a well stocked hospitality tray. You will find many extra touches to help you enjoy your visit. There is a guest lounge which is perfect for relaxing in at any time of the day and where you will find books; magazines; maps and guides to look through.
