Snowdonia Mountain Lodge is a unique venue that not only offers quality bed and breakfast facilities in a stunning location, but is the home of Dru courses. It is perfect for groups hosting workshops or retreats, as well as for holiday makers and walkers wishing to relax and unwind in a beautiful environment.

With panoramic views of the Nant Ffrancon valley and surrounding mountains, the lodge is a friendly, comfortable centre from which to explore the rugged beauty of Snowdonia and the beaches of Anglesey.

A beautiful reception and shop area adjoins the Eurowalk Hall. It is packed with gifts, books, clothing, health products, snacks, drinks and more. Teas, coffees and herbal drinks are available.

The continental, buffet breakfast at the lodge is delicious and healthy, with a huge range of teas, and packed lunches can be ordered in advance.

For group bookings of six rooms or more, our experienced vegetarian chefs can provide sumptuous meals for lunch and dinner. Please contact us for details.

The property also includes a spacious community family room/lounge for relaxing with sofas, dining table and basic kitchen facilities (not suitable for self-catering).

Snowdonia Mountain Lodge lies peacefully in the heart of the stunning Nant Ffrancon valley about five minutes south of the village of Bethesda, 20 minutes from Bangor and 40 minutes from Betws-y-Coed.

Yr Ocar is an exclusive retreat venue, privately nestled in three acres of secluded woodland near Bethesda and Snowdonia Mountain Lodge. It is an extremely comfortable, tranquil detached house and two chalets, fully equipped, with spacious dining kitchen, living room and log-burning stove. It caters for 12 people in six bedrooms, all with beautiful garden views. The tasteful decoration and secluded setting make Yr Ocar a perfect high quality getaway.
