A small volunteer-run museum focusing on Coggeshall's social, industrial and educational past from pre-historic to the present day. Display of Coggeshall lace, working wool loom, early medieval bricks & tiles as well as other displays that are changed each year. Footage of 'old Coggeshall' and computerised postcard show.

Open on Sundays and Bank holidays from 2.15 to 4.45 pm from beginning April to end October. Other times by appointment (groups of 4 or more). Wheelchair access to all parts, disabled toilet facilities and parking (one space). Free carpark and public toilets are next to museum.
