A warm welcome is extended to guests of this luxury B&B, located in historic Corbridge. With its church dating from the 7th century, Corbridge is just off the picturesque A68 road and a convenient break between York and Edinburgh. It is an ideal base from which to explore Northumberland and Hadrians Wall country, yet only 20 minutes from the centre of Newcastle. Riggsacre has the best Tourist Board rating of 5 Stars, Gold Award and is recommended by “Which?” (Editor's top 20 B+B 2005). Riggsacre is a substantial detached property situated in a peaceful lane in one of the nicest areas of Corbridge. There are two luxurious ensuite rooms, each with king-size double beds.There is private parking within the grounds and the many speciality shops, tearooms, pubs and restaurants in the centre of the village are only 3 minutes walk away.
