Averon Guest House in Edinburgh is in the capital of Scotland close to the Kings Theatre and Edinburgh Castle. Our location is in the West End of the city and not far from the busy and famous shopping centre of Princes Street, probably the premier shopping street in Scotland. Close at hand are numerous good restaurants, theatres and the Usher Hall, the main concert hall in the city. Only a five minute walk from here is the Edinburgh International Conference Centre which is located in the main financial district of the city. At Averon Edinburgh Bed and Breakfast, we offer good value bed and breakfast accommodation with private car park, only 10 minutes walk to Edinburgh Castle. Our Georgian townhouse is situated in a residential area in the south side of the centre of Edinburgh. To the rear of the Averon Edinburgh Bed and Breakfast has a car park and you can leave your car here for the duration of your stay. When the house was built it was located on open countryside out with the old city of Edinburgh which was the old town surrounded by the ancient city wall and close to Edinburgh Castle.Please Note: Check-in time: 8:00am Check-out time: 10:30. We are a no smoking accommodation. Regrettably we cannot accept pets. There is a minimum booking duration of 3 nights if arriving on a Friday & a minimum duration of 2 nights if arriving on a Saturday.
