Loretta offers a yoga practice which is slow but powerful. Movement coordinated with breathing creates a 'moving meditation'. Flowing sequences are combined with deeper passive stretches which focus on joints as well as muscles. Loretta is skilled at modifying poses to suit a wide variety of abilities. Her anatomical focus helps students to visualise and understand their bodies better.
