Children over 10 accepted only at the owners discretion.ARRIVAL TIMES : Guests accepted between 12.00 - 14.30hrs and again from 17.00hrs - 21.00hrs. Please advise us of your estimated arrival time/slot when making a booking and contact us again should this change at any stage. PAYMENT : Please note due to the increasing cost to ourselves, should you wish to settle your bill upon departure by credit card a 3% surcharge will be added and £1 for debit cards transactions. CANCELLATION: We reserve the right to take a 20% non-refundable deposit upon receipt of your booking - we then operate a 7 day cancellation policy for the 80% balance.
