Dear Guest, Why stay at a Hotel or Inn that is twice the price or half the value when you could stay at a real country Inn run by the owners. Why not support local businesses and not massive corporate hotel chains that provide the same 'solution' at every 'unit'. The Sibson Inn has everything you would hope for in a real country Inn. 18 Individual en-suite bedrooms, Great British food, real beer, good wine and of course a log fire in the winter in the bar. We are owner managers and pride ourselves on personal service, many of our guests return week after week.We have a great chef who produces some fine, predominately British food - steak and kidney pie, hot-pots, spotted dick and crumbles, as well as some great fresh steaks, a juicy 8oz Sirloin with homemade onion rings, homemade chips and all the trimmings is £12 . Our restaurant is open to the public too so it's not over priced like some hotels tend to be. Likewise our beer and wine prices are similar to what you would pay at your local.A FULL English breakfast is included in all our ratesWe are right on the A1 just north of Peterborough so we are very easy to find and when you get here we have acres of free parking and just in case you're wondering - no it's not noisy, the rooms at the front are triple glazed and the other rooms are away from the A1.
