OK, so it's part of a chain, but this spacious, contemporary watering hole does what it does very well – providing a comfortable environment and easygoing atmosphere to escape and enjoy a few quiet ones with friends (unless it's the weekend when it'll be a noisy few). There's seating a-plenty: high tables, small candlelit tables, and big, beckoning sofas that'll keep you comfy for hours. Fairtrade coffees sit alongside a comprehensive selection of wine and liqueurs complemented by a well-thought out menu offering breakfast, lite bites to hearty mains, sharing platters and even desserts to share (not that you'd want to!). Friendly staff provide a prompt service.
