Chapel Cottage, provides comfortable and private bed and breakfast accommodation in Yoxford, an attractive village close to the Suffolk Heritage Coast. We are situated in the High Street of the village, well away from and out of earshot of the busy A12.

The accommodation comprises two first floor bedrooms, one double and one single, sharing adjacent private facilities, and a guests' parlour on the ground floor in a 150-year old caretaker's cottage attached to a converted Primitive Methodist Chapel. The rooms are not let separately, so guests do not share with strangers.

The Cottage has TV/video/DVD in the parlour, clock-radios in each bedroom, and tea and coffee-making facilities. A full English breakfast is provided, and is made using fresh, local produce. There is off-road parking and the cottage garden leads down to the River Yox. The Cottage has full central heating and in winter months there is an open fire in the parlour.

Yoxford is only a 10-minute drive from the Dunwich coast and heaths, including the RSPB reserve at Minsmere, and close to Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh and Southwold. We have four Visit Britain/Tourist Council stars with a silver award for our service and the high standard of our facilities.

The Chapel itself is now an artists' studio where we hold exhibitions of the work of local artists during the year and offer drawing, painting and printing holidays and tuition.
