Two cottages(2/4 guests) with patios on a smallholding next to a mill leat and overlooking an open field and river.

These tastefully decorated and furnished cottages are new for 2006, a conversion of an old stone shippen (barn). Berrio Mill nestles in the tranquillity of the undiscovered Lynher valley. Off a quiet country lane, these are for those who really want to escape from it all.

Within easy reach of the moors, the traditional coastal villages to the South, the sensational beaches and coves to the North, a good selection of pubs and restaurants in the surrounding Cornish villages and towns. Twenty minute drive to Plymouth.

Access to the fields, paths, river and streams. You are free to fish for salmon and trout along our river bank or take a picnic and let the herons and kingfishers do the fishing for you!
