The Arden Hotel is a delightful family run licensed hotel offering Bed and Breakfast just a very few yards from Eastbourne Sea front, Pier, Bandstand, Theatres and Shops. There is plenty of on street parking as well as a nearby multi-storey car park.

Rooms are en-suite and have colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a residents lounge with deep leather sofas and widescreen TV. Breakfast is prepared with the freshest local ingredients and served in a comfortable and spacious dining room. Families with children are especially welcome.

The Arden Hotel is open all year under the personal direction of the resident owners Tricia and Dereck Lambert who have a lifetime's experience in hospitality.
