Orchard House, built in 1918, is ideally situated for a visit to Lincoln. It is set in 1/3 of an acre with an orchard and award-winning garden, yet only a short stroll from historic Lincoln, town centre and the University. Close by you will find plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops.
Golf course, fishing and horse riding are all available nearby. All major high street retailers are in Lincoln plus there are a lot of unusual book, antique and novelty shops on Steep hill.
Orchard House offers ample off road parking and secure cycle lock up. Patio, garden and lawnmower all available for guests' use. All our rooms are en suite, individually decorated and have colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities, clock radio, hairdryer, shaver point and thermostatically controlled central heating.
