Scotland Farm Countryside Bed and Breakfast is situated between Petersfield and Alton in Hampshire, surrounded by its own fields and woodland with wonderful views of the South Downs. Off the beaten track but close to main communication lines by road or rail to London. The delightful courtyard rooms and cosy guest sitting room with log fire are independent from the farmhouse. Guests enjoy a warm welcome and afternoon tea on arrival with a farmhouse breakfast using local produce served on the terrace in summer. There is an excellent village pub nearby for meals.
Internet access is free and a small conference facility available. Wheelchair users will find a level access shower and ground floor rooms.Overnight stabling is available for guets with a surrounding network of bridleways and tracks for riders, walkers and cyclists.
Local attractions include the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, racing at Goodwood, Polo at Cowdray, the Gilbert White Museum at Selborne, Jane Austen's house. Lovely countryside but close to A3(M) and ferries from Portsmouth.
