More Information

This charming detached Victorian villa has undergone considerable refurbishment during 2008 and 2009 and now offers elegant 4-star guest accommodation, free parking and a peaceful, relaxing setting. The Southbourne Villa has received an entry in Britain’s Best Bed & Breakfast Guide 2007 and 2008 in recognition of the quality of its accommodation.

The Villa has a great location, in a quiet conservation area, away from the busy main roads and close to Torre Abbey and the Riviera International Conference and Leisure Centre.
For total relaxation, there is an open-air garden hot-tub spa (open from June until September). It is set on a lit sun deck with loungers and sun beds, screened with lit Torbay palm trees.
On a warm day or evening, you can relax on the south-facing patio, sun deck and terrace, which is accessed via the newly refurbished lounge.
Free wireless internet access is available throughout the villa.
