Menabilly is an old family estate set in woodland on an unspoilt peninsular halfway between Plymouth and Falmouth and close to Fowey and St.Austell on the South Coast of Cornwall.
The lovely port of Fowey lies three miles to the east of Menabilly. At the mouth of an estuary, Fowey provides good recreational sailing as well as being a commercial port for ships of up to 12,000 tonnes calling to load cargoes of China clay.

The Menabilly Estate offers two furnished cottages
Polridmouth Cottage - This very special cottage sits elegantly on the side of a private freshwater lake, opposite a sandy cove and secluded beach, retaining the heady atmosphere of years gone by - an idyllic spot. Enjoy tranquil surroundings with tiered garden, terrace and pond. Close to the estate woodland and Keepers cottage. Access is via a woodland track.

Keepers Cottage - Keepers Cottage, Menabilly was a gamekeepers cottage. It lies in the heart of the estate down a woodland track offering complete privacy apart from the wildlife. It makes an ideal retreat, yet provides good access to the coastal footpath and to the beach at Polridmouth cove 500 yards away.
