Hallwood Farm Oast is a deceptively spacious building offering 2 comfortable, beamed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Formerly a working oasthouse, used for hop drying, the original section of the Oast dates from the C17th. Thoughtfully furnished and equipped to a high standard it provides a peaceful rural base from which to explore the many gardens, houses and castles of both Kent and East Sussex, including Sissinghurst and Great Dixter Gardens.

A varied and freshly prepared breakfast, including local produce, is served at a farmhouse table in the sunny dining room and special diets can be catered for with prior notice.

Hallwood Farm is still a working family farm and visitors to the Oast are very welcome to explore the orchards and sheep pastures or to venture further into neighbouring Bedgebury Forest and Pinetum.
