Situated in the peaceful surroundings of Cockington Valley, with Livermead Beach only 150 yards away and within walking distance of Torquay Station, Harbour and Centre.

For the business traveller we can also now offer Wi-Fi Internet access which is available without charge - please enquire at the time of booking. Large Garden Family room adjacent to swimming pool ideal for families. Well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement only.

We are proud to continue to offer delicious home cooked breakfasts sourced from local suppliers and for the vegetarians our blueberry pancakes have become a firm favourite.
