A recently converted barn located by the banks of the River Ribble in the pretty village of Sawley in the Forest of Bowland. A wonderful area for walking and cycling and only 3miles from Clitheroe, 13 miles from Settle, Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales. The Coast and Lake District less than 1 hour's drive. Award winning restaurant within 1 minute's walk.

Accommodation comprises of ground floor double bedroom and shower room with wash basin and wc, fully fitted kitchen with dining area, utility room, and lounge. 1st floor twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, and wc. Gardens and patios with lovely views, garden furniture and barbecue.
