The brainchild of Jamie Oliver, Fifteen was set up to inspire and encourage disadvantaged young people to create a career in the restaurant industry for themselves. Documented on Channel 4's show, Jamie's Kitchen, the restaurant has emerged as a hotbed of future culinary talent using fresh ideas and serving Italian Mediterranean food. Spread over two floors with the retro-inspired main restaurant downstairs which looks in on the open kitchen and the relaxed and informal Trattoria upstairs, Fifteen oozes relaxed, unfussy charm. The menu at lunchtime features a set menu (£22.50 for two courses, £25 for three) as well as a full a la carte. In the evening the restaurants serves a 6 course tasting menu showcasing all of Jamie's favourite dishes. All menus change frequently and draw on only the freshest seasonal produce.
