Berkeley House is a beautifully built Victorian slate town house centrally located in Keswick, heart of the Northern Lake District. The property commands beautiful views of Lake Derwentwater and the surrounding fells and has four well appointed bedrooms (three of which are en-suite).

Berkeley House is perfectly located only a few minutes walk from all of Keswick's attractions. A walk by Hope and Crow Park leads to the famous Theatre by the Lake and then Derwentwater and its dramatic views come rain or shine.

In the opposite direction, hop over the main road or head under the subway and Keswick Town Square is only a 3 minute walk away. Keswick's variety of shops are no mean feat for even the seasoned shopper whether your looking for walking gear, jewellery, sweets or even an opportune Christmas present!
