9 The Old Brewery -
On entrance through the flat door you enter into the inner hall. To the left is the bedroom with a 5ft and 3ft bed, hand basin and shower cubicle. To the right is the toilet and the lounge. Upstairs is the galley kitchen which overlooks the lounge area. The kitchen is fitted with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster etc.

The kitchen is fitted with, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster etc. Shower room - walk in shower. toilet and hand basin.

2 The Old Brewery -
On entrance through the flat door you enter into the inner hall, down two steps on you right is the toilet, straight ahead is the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster etc. Following the hall way along on your left is the lounge/diner. The bedroom has a 4ft 6” bed, hand basin and shower cubicle.
