This lovely old inn has been extensively refurbished whilst retaining all its original character. The superb decor creates a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and our staff do their utmost to ensure that you enjoy your time here.
We pride ourselves on our food at the Rock and Fountain. The kitchen is headed up by Lee Milne, who has worked with some of the culinary greats, and together with his two second chefs they routinely prove their competence at producing excellent quality food at very reasonable prices. All our ingredients are sourced locally and food is cooked to order.
We have 8 beautiful letting rooms that have been refurbished to a very high standard. These are available for long or short term lets. All of our rooms are en suite and have comfy sofas and their own kitchenette areas complete with combination ovens, washing machines, tea, coffee, etc. Three of our rooms also have their own sitting rooms. Equally ideal for the business traveller or holiday maker.
