This family run establishment is located only 1 mile away from Princes Street in Edinburgh city centre, ideal for sightseeing Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, The Royal Mile, museums, shops and restaurants. The guest house has free guest parking and is located on the main bus route into the city.
All rooms are en suite and have recently been refurnished to a high standard. Choose from, twin, double, triple and family rooms which are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a televison and a hairdryer. Please note there is a minimum of 2 nights stay required at weekends in July & August.
