The Ambassador Bed & Breakfast is a late 18th Century town house with many original features in contemporary rooms. Located in New Steine - meaning stone where you tie a boat - a terraced square with central lawned garden overlooking the sea is open for residents to enjoy. It has been awarded an AA 4 Star rating and is a member of the Green Tourism Business Scheme.

It has 24 ensuite rooms, including 9 family rooms accommodating up to 4 adults or families of up to 5; 8 double and 7 single rooms, many with sea views. There is a 24 hour reception and security, residents bar and lounge.

Five minutes walk to the beach, the historic Aquarium Sea Life Centre, Pier, The Laines and Kemp Town Village with is many crescents and villas. Ten minutes' walk to Royal Pavilion, Brighton Dome Arts Centre "formally the Royal Spanish Riding School and stables of the Royal Pavilion.
