The Tomato Menu features:

Chilled Tomato Consommé
with basil, poached Scottish langoustines  £13.50

Roast Loin and Braised Shoulder of Lamb £22.50

glazed sweetbreads, tomato & balsamic purée

Tasting of Tomatoes Dessert £11.00

The Axis at One Aldwych kitchen, led by executive chef Tony Fleming, believes that tomatoes are one of the culinary world’s most perfect foods. “It’s so versatile and can be prepared in so many different ways. The fact that they are locally grown means they’re quickly being recognised as one of Britain’s finest super foods, packed full of lycopene,” Fleming says.

Dishes are priced separately or diners may enjoy the Tomato Menu at Axis at One Aldwych as a set menu at £38.50 for three courses. It is available for lunch and dinner. Following the Tomato Menu, Axis at One Aldwych presents a Mushroom Menu (23rd September) and a Game Menu (11th November).
