This immaculate single storey property, with its separate annexe and delightful conservatory leading to a decked area and garden, sits just a short stroll from the heart of the very popular village of Burnham Market. Famous for its connection with Admiral Nelson, the village is a charming setting for individual shops, restaurants, galleries and the renowned Hoste Arms Hotel restaurant. A visit to the glorious sandy beach at Holkham Hall (4 miles) is a must as is sampling the harbourside fish and chips at Wells-Next-The-Sea. RSPB reserves, sailing at Burnham Overy and Brancaster Staithe, royal Sandringham and Hunstanon's family fun are all a short drive and Norwich city is only 23 miles. Shop and pub 200 yards.
