5 Cottages - Once the grandest and most striking house on the Isle of Wight, Appuldurcombe's 18th century baroque elegance is still notable today in the partly restored building. The very individual and picturesque stone holiday cottages are set within the 300 acre Appuldurcombe Estate, with wonderful views across the surrounding countryside. An excellent location for family holidays and from which to explore the Island both walking and cycling. Each cottage is different but all are attractive, clean and comfortable. The charm of yesterday with all the modern comforts of today! All visitors get a free ticket to the Owl & Falconry Centre and free admission to many of the special events held at Appuldurcombe House. New Little Owls soft play area and trailer tractor rides round the historic estate.
