A very warm welcome at Greenwell Farm which overlooks the hills of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. These character cottages situated in peaceful country surroundings are well equipped to a high standard 4 key highly commended. STABLE COTTAGE sleeps 6 and has spectacular views across Weardale. BYRE COTTAGE sleeps 4 and is suitable for wheelchair access. For special family occasions, reunions with friends or private business functions we have THE OLDE BARN. A conversion which sleeps 13, downstairs bedrooms all en-suite. At GREENWELL we have our own nature trails and conservation areas and guests are welcome to take an interest in this traditional farm, we will be pleased to show you round. Lambs and calves can be viewed in the Spring months. This an ideal location for walking the fells or exploring by bike disused railway tracks or touring the Dales, visiting local churches and castles, just 12 miles from Durham Cathedral.
