All the products sold by hollyandtheivy.co.uk are produced by myself ( with help "when required" by my husband Paul ).
Our Chutneys, Vinegars, Mustards, Oils & Preserves are ALL handmade in small controlled batches in order to maintain subtle individual flavour and quality which is a real advantage over mass produced products that can be purchased in the local supermarkets. We also DO NOT use extracts, essence, additives, colouring agents, flavourings, setting agents, making ALL our products natural and suitable for vegetarians. We also where possible use "local" allotment societies for our materials when in season in fact we also recycle all our kitchen waste back to the allotment society for their ever growing demand for 'natural' compost material
Latest review - I visited these suppliers on Saturday when they were attending the Wellington Farmers Market. They had a wonderful selection of Christmas ......More
