Good Points: none worth mentioning apart from the food was adequate
Bad Points: it was mostly an unsatisfactory and disappointing experience - no showers no phone and non-existent staff
General review: poor value and very run-down - not at all what was expected - and we came all the way from australia and recalled the royal as a superior experience
