Generally a great hotel. The family room was extremely large and comfortable, with the children room separated by glass double doors. The reception staff were friendly but slightly dim. Kids games were available to loan from reception, Ludo, operation, pop-up pirate which i though was a nice touch. The breakfast was top quality full English although the staff looked miserable. i enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again.
