Dear All at the Brown Cow, Chatburn, our party of four visited your establishment about 15.00hrs this date, for the first time. Two pensioners and younger 'off spring'. We were weary, after having hiked across what felt like the whole of tha Ribble Valley in 4.5hrs and were very hungry!! We were met by a lovely young lady, who was very welcoming and cheery. Our drinks order was soon at the table, excellent variety of coffees and a blackcurrant and soda. Our mains were also soon at the table, piping hot and of excellent quality, we especially loved the burghers and cheese. The sweets were delicious and also piping hot yet again! The meal made our day and we would not hesitate in recommending you to our friends. Perhaps the next time that we visit we won't be "knackered" and enjoy it all the more!!! Highly recommended. Thanks and good luck for the future. David and Valerie ASH and family, Penwortham, PRESTON.
