Cracking food for the price. Set evening meal at £8.45 is excellent and even better if you are over 65 (men) or 60 (women) when it comes down to £6.95 for three courses. The pick where you want menu is also very good and be brave and ask for extra custard, you get it.
Old fashioned style Cafe on the promenade with a good view of the trains going up and down to Barrow. Friendly atmosphere and people and first class service. Take your own bottle if you want to, no corkage charges. Well recommended but book.Date visited: 24th and 25th March 2010
