Good Points: The actual hotel and the history. Spacious room and good service. Central location.
Bad Points: oppressive wallpaper - though it probably was sympathetic to the original design. Shower took a long time to get to luke warm! even got to hot eventually.
General Review: We enjoyed the experience of being in an old hotel. The family room was very good value for money, and well set out. The breakfast menu was full of choice. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.
