Good Points: Staff very helpful, competent with directions, etc. - and patient with teenage children locking selves out of rooms. Shower good size and easy to use - lots of hot water and comfortable beds. Rooms clean halls quiet - street noises mostly blocked out. Windows on corner rooms provided good cross-draught
Bad Points: Rooms a bit small for bed-size - but city-like - just like some NYC hotels!
General review: Very good for our needs - would recommend this hotel - especially for a family with differing needs of sleep ie kids, teens, and adults. We did not choose bkfst at the hotel so cannot comment on food. I cannot remember the details of the booking but the size of the room seemed unclear at that time, small when we arrived, but very useable during our stay. We would happily stay there again.Date visited: 2008-08-30
