We had a large room with modern, up-to-date en suite. Great food in the dining area. Breakfast cooked to order by the proprietor himself. The pub has a homey, friendly atmosphere where you feel secure and appreciated. The garden is spacious and very attractive. Alfie, the little resident mascot makes everyone feel welcome (only if you welcome it - he waits for permission before approaching anyone). We have recommended a stay to our son, who found it for us. Cheers to all, and thanks for a wonderful stay.
