Good Points: staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. went out of their way to bring the room to expected standard. close to town and where we wished to be. Bad Points: room was not paid by credit card as expected on arrival. room was not reserved and had to show confirmation email of booking. reserved a superior room with added extras ie jacuzzi, straighteners, morning papers etc. receptionist went to a shop and bought straighteners for the room, no jacuzzi and no papers. very disapointed although cant fault the way hotel staff tried to ammend the situation. General review: can not fault the hotel or most of all helpfulness of staff but will be more careful in future to check hotel website rather than read the description of booking agents advertisments
